Самое странное отношение к потенциальному заказчику. Ведущий специалист Ерохин Андрей даже не удостаивает оперативным ответом. Время ожидания ответа по электронной почте 9 часов (в 11 утра я написал вопрос и в 20:04 получил ответ)! И это в компании, которая продает одни из самых дорогих газгольдеров в РФ. Огромная просьба - поработать над своим персоналом. Так вы растеряете всех клиентов. Я реально рассматривал как один из вариантов ваш газгольдер, но после такого отношения судя по всему буду заказывать что то другое. Беритесь за голову пока не поздно!

Установили чешский газгольдер новый (по сведениям фирмы), газом не заправлялся, но при открытии крышки есть запах газа и достаточно сильный, специалистов вызывали, говорят заправляйте, потом посмотрим. При открытии и наборе воздуха в пакет с последующим поджогом воспламеняется, т.е. в нем газ. Получается нам установили бу газгольдер, а позиционируют, как новый?

Если нет возможности установить емкость далее 10 метров от дома, то лучше отказаться от идеи газгольдера?

Здравствуйте. Благодарю за исчерпывающие ответы. Но. На сколько я понимаю, емкость газгольдера расчитывается исходя из потребления газа на отопление и горячее водоснабжение дома. Высчитывается необходимый объём газа и под этот объём подбирается газгольдер соответствующего размера (объёма). Не так? И второй вопрос-есть ли у вас информация о компаниях, которые заправляют хорошим газом?

И еще вопрос: один знакомый, который пользуется газгольдером уже 8-10 лет говорит, что спустя несколько лет эксплуатации в газгольдере накапливается достаточно большой (10-15%) объём осадков и из-за этого полезный объём уменьшается. Правда ли это и можно ли такого избежать? Есть ли возможность чистки газгольдера и какова примерная стоимость? И еще вопрос: необходимо ли обслуживание Ваших газгольдеров, сколько это стоит, возможно ли его проводить самому и есть ли какие либо детали, которые необходимо периодически менять (типа расходники), что это за детали и сколько они стоят? С Вашего позволения у меня есть несколько вопросов.
1. Вот сейчас, в феврале, газ заканчивается. Мне ждать когда загорится сигнальная лампочка и заправляться или уже сейчас, т.к. стрелка показывает меньше 20%.
2. При открытии крышки всегда пахнет газом особенно в морозы и долго не выветривается. Трогаешь все приборы и руки потом долго пахнут газом. Так и должно быть или идет где-то утечка?

Скажите тогда, пжл, могу ли я поступить таким образом- разместить газгольдер на частной личной территории (один из участков не выведен из жилфонда), чтобы избежать согласования со всевозможными гос службами. В настоящий момент я использую газобаллонную установку GOK, для газовых плит и ГВС, у меня есть проект на внутреннее газоснабжение, чтобы его сделать я потратил кучу времени и сил, хотел согласовать и газобаллонную установку, но понял что это не очень реально. Сделал так- построил небольшой сарай на участке с жилым частным домом, огородил забором от посторонних соседских глаз и там поставил газобаллонную установку. Не устраивает меня постоянная суета с подключением и подвозом баллонов, хотелось бы газгольдер.
