During the winter all butane and other fractions really burn out up to 0% mark of lever meter. Gas pressure is stable up to complete emptiness of the barrel even when the boiler operates with full power. This is the third year when my neighbor has been using what is known “Czech” horizontal gas tank with extended necktube. As a result, each winter gas really suddenly “finished“ at minimum rate indicated on the detector 12% for the first time and 17% and 23% in the following winters. First, he thought that that was indicator which didn’t work correctly. But charging it to have gas completely worked out after summer is over. And what do you think? Summer indicator read out at the moment of gas exhaustion were 0-1%. My vertical Antonio Merloni has been “dying” for two consecutive years now when the arrow of the detector “is off the scale”, lower than 0%. So, whether it is marketing or not, I don’t regret that I bought this vertical barrel for the price which is little bit lower than the price of neighbors’ gas tank although almost twice smaller that the neighbors’ one. Recently I found an office which charges supposedly almost only by butane which has significantly higher heat output than propane. Of course, I cannot make lab confirmation of gas composition at home. But thanks to statistics of use we’ll check if it’s really pure butane. But neighbor’s butane always stays unburnt in the barrel. Installation was organized fine but it’s very bad that the company doesn’t realize boiler start-up (we have Vitogaz 100 boiler). It appears that we the gas tank is installed but should be started-up by other people. We are still agonizing. Suggestions:
If you are realizing installation of gas tanks, the start-up should be also taken upon yourselves. In bade case it comes that there is no any responsibility for the final result. We installed very good think and now are agonizing. Negative:

A set made me happy; I was even provided with a shampoo to make test for gas leakage. The temperature has not gone yet lower than -27, everything operates well, there are no any problems. Installed on the 30th of November, 2012; for a moment everything is fine. I took 2 weeks vacations especially for it. Now I watch how I will live out from 20 degrees frosts. Guys, thank you so much! Расход газа от газгольдеров не зависит. Нужно уменьшать теплопотери и оптимизировать систему отопления. 100 метров теплотрассы, которые у вас проложены, это огромные потери тепла. Вы отапливаете землю. Котёл 300 кВт, только на отопление, для 1500м2 избыточен. Вот и резервы. Достаточно исключить теплотрассу, повесив в каждом доме по настенному, очень не дорогому, котлу допустим 60 кВт и проложить газопровод до каждого дома. Вы отобьёте все затраты за одну зиму. |

Using antifreeze in the systems of hydronic heating is not recommended by the producers of gas heating equipment because encapsulated components there are considered to be used with distilled water which has lower flow coefficient. Engineers from our company recommend not to use heating systems which operate on liquid heat carriers.

Dear competitors! Of course we understand your nerves. )) And we also understand that it’s hard to compete with Antonio Merloni products which have the best price and quality combination. But please, allow the clients to make a choice by themselves. In countries with warm client there are used horizontal ground based gas tanks; and especially for regions with temperatures which drop down lower than 20 degrees there were designed vertical underground cisterns.

Installed on the 4th of October 2012. Charged 4300L. For a moment everything is fine. Looks very nice. Of course it came more expensive than to my neighbors with their Czech gas tanks. But they are sorry now that they didn’t know about vertical gas tanks because their lots were smashed to install horizontal cisterns. Probably they will regret more in winter. Money will be forgotten but the quality will stay. To divide it for 50 years of use, not expensive at all. The pit and the trench were made by Uzbeks for 2 days for 13000 rubles (700 rub.per cube) with ground removal for 50 meters from the lot. The cistern cost 413000 rubles. Sand for filling operations – 6000 rubles, to charge 4300L by gas cost 68800 rub. Uzbeks covered by sand and 20 cm by black soil for 2000 rubles. Total cost: 502800 rubles.
